Alex Conyers, CFA, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2018. Previously, Alex was at Iris Re, focusing on an insurance-linked securities strategy. Prior to joining Iris Re, Alex managed the corporate finance operations at Clarien Bank where he held numerous responsibilities, including the listing of international companies, collective investment schemes, debt, and insurance-linked securities on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. He previously served as a Research Analyst with Clarien Investments focusing on institutional portfolio management. Alex received his BA from Middlebury College and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Chris Rosser, CEEM, ARe, is a Vice President at Neuberger Berman. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Risk Analyst on the NB Insurance-Linked Strategies team. Prior to joining Neuberger, Chris was at Iris Re, focusing on an insurance-linked securities strategy. Before that, Chris was a reinsurance analyst at Chubb Tempest Re where he was responsible for supporting the U.S. and international underwriting teams with property catastrophe modeling and analysis. He previously worked in corporate and investment banking at Société Générale in New York City as an institutional equity sales assistant and corporate access representative. Chris holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation and is a Certified Extreme Event Modeler (CEEM). He completed the Business Edge program at Columbia Business School and received an MA with high distinction from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
